E-mailing Reports

(Instant Accounts Plus users only)

You can now distribute your company reports using e-mail.

To send e-mail reports from the Reports option, you must set up the e-mail addresses for each report from within the Report Designer. From here you can specify who you want to send the selected report to. For more information about setting up your e-mail list for each report, refer to the Report Designer help file.

When you choose to print a report select the E-mail Output option. When you click Run from the Reports window, the report is sent to all e-mail addresses that you have previously specified using the Report Designer.
